We operate on both FOB (Free on Board) basis, following straightforward, industry-standard procedures that ensure efficiency and security at every step.

Our process is designed to be easy to follow, minimizing delays and keeping transactions moving smoothly from start to finish.

How Our Process Works

1. Buyer Submission

To initiate the transaction, the Buyer provides:

• Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO)

• Company Registration Certificate or valid identification

• Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) for verification

2. Commercial Invoice

• Seller issues a Draft Commercial Invoice (CI)

• Buyer reviews, signs, and returns the CI along with TSA

3. Tank Verification & Preparation

• Seller verifies Buyer’s tank storage details

• Both parties coordinate tank farm arrangements for injection readiness

• Where applicable, NCNDA/IMFPA agreements are issued for intermediaries

4. Proof of Product (POP)

Once verification is complete, Seller provides a full set of documentation:

• SGS Report (recent and verifiable)

• Dip Test Authorization

• Injection Report

• Tank Storage details (including location verification)

• Company Registration & Export License

• Authority to Sell & Collect (ATSC)

• Commitment to Supply

• Injection Schedule & Verification Authorization

5. Dip Test & Injection

• Buyer conducts an independent SGS Dip Test at their expense

• Upon successful verification, Seller proceeds with product injection into Buyer’s tank

6. Payment

• Buyer makes payment via MT103 / TT Wire Transfer

• Payment is based on confirmed Quantity & Quality (Q&Q) as per the final Commercial Invoice

7. Title Transfer & Product Lifting

• Seller transfers ownership title to Buyer

• Buyer takes full control and proceeds with product lifting
